In a word, Emily is awesome in every way. There are so many complimentary things to say about her, way more than can fill this space, but I'll try and summarize -- she is very professional, kind and knowledgeable - she knows not only the field of real estate, but also so many (if not all) aspects of homeownership details. She is also very patient and accommodating, making sure all my questions were answered, explaining many details, and never getting annoyed with my endless questions and concerns. She's very prompt and courteous, always willing to listen and if I asked for something she didn't know (which was rare), she'd find out and/or refer me to the best professional to get an answer. There were many things I needed to learn as I prepared to become a homeowner and Emily was a great advisor, helping me understand the many details of a real estate offer, the inspection process, the negotiation processes and the closing. My goal was to buy a mountain home and after much searching, I finally found my dream home. In fact, Emily and I traveled out to see the house during a snowstorm because we both felt it would sell quickly and I did end up buying it. Another big plus is that Emily was not at all pushy (which can be a big turn off), but rather very understanding and perceptive, and she often went above and beyond by answering many general real estate related questions, even way before she and I went out to look at homes. I was very specific about what I was looking for and she understood that I didn't want to waste my time or hers going out to look at a lot of homes that I knew I wouldn't buy because they just weren't right for me. I truly feel very blessed and lucky to have had the fortune to find someone as fabulous as Emily. I would definitely recommend her as a highly competent professional and a very pleasant person to represent your interests in the real estate business.
